1st meeting with |
Met in October at WT and discussed over tea how to create with the use of flowers a calm atmosphere within the church and yet achieve an appropriate transition to a ‘party’ feel at Clandon House. I suggested a colour theme of ivory, white, cream and soft champagne tones with plenty of foliage to add texture to pedestal displays in the church and then tones of champagne, pale pink, hot pink and lime green at Clandon Park with the addition of small crystals in the table displays to pick up the detail of the wedding gown |
2nd meeting |
Meeting at Clandon Park to finalise details of reception and chat to wedding co-ordinator. Also popped into church to take a few measurements of porch archway. Agreed time for delivery of bridal bouquet and buttonholes |
On the day |
7am arrived at church to construct arch of flowers in porch and put flowers in place within church. 11.30 delivered bridal bouquet, bridesmaids flowers and buttonholes to bride and gave quick lesson on how to hold bouquet. Looked like it may rain and so I lent my umbrella. Brides mother who had left hers at hairdressers! |
