Nicole, owner of Wild Thyme, trained at Southwark College passing 3 yearly stages of City & Guilds Floristry Examinations achieving 'distinction' grades in each year. Two further years of studying resulted in the National Society of Floristry Diploma NDSF.

Having managed a chain of florists in Berkshire creating designs for clients including Bruce Forsyth, Ringo Starr and Royal Ascot racecourse, Nicole opened Wild Thyme in 1986 where by working in her own style with an individual approach to each client, she has built a fine reputation specialising in beautiful flowers for weddings and occasions.
